Therapy after dislocation of the knee joint I dislocated my knee joint completely at Whitsuntide. The popliteal artery, both crucial ligaments, the lateral ligament and the medial meniscus were injured. At the moment I am waiting for the first crucial ligament plastic operation which will be carried out in the middle of July. The deficiencies of the nerves are very unpleasant and this together with the injury really restricts me. Could you give me some advice how I can train my muscles over the summer and which other therapies are available? How probable is it that after the operations and the rehabilitation I will be able to do sport again at the end of the year. Thank you very much.
